Otherwise, you may print and fill out, and scan/send back if you prefer that method. (Hint: if you print, choose to print pages 7 through 14! You do not need to return the other pages).

Both parent and child must read together the camper agreement, linked below. It is imperative we follow these rules for the safety of ourselves and other campers during the session.

Per the registration form, an initial deposit is due at the time of submitting your registration packet. The final payment, equal to the cost of the program minus the initial deposit, must be made prior to the first day of the scheduled program. Payments may be made by cash; check (in-person or mailed); or via Stripe.

Initial deposits are non-refundable, except in the instance that the student is waitlisted; or, in the event a session is cancelled outright.
