Rates
Below are our current rates to work with the owner, John Forrestal. All other engineers should be contacted directly.
Half of the total cost of the session is required at the time of booking to lock in the dates. The remainder must be paid prior to the start of the session.
TRACKING
| Full Day (8 hours’ time, plus 1 hour lunch) | $600 |

| Referral Discount | 15% off next booking with confirmation of referral booking |
MISCELLANEA
| Location Recording | Add $100 plus $1/mile for all sessions greater than 50 miles’ distance from 08822 All location recording within 50 miles of 08822 does not incur a cost |
MIXING
| Mixing | $240 per song, includes 2 revisions |
| Additional Revisions | $80 per revision |
| Mastering | $80 per song |
| Re-amping | $120 per song |
VIDEOGRAPHY
For all other videography needs, e.g., location, wedding, event video, please reach out directly or visit our creative agency website, Forrestal Creative.
| Fixed Video (in-studio, in-session) | $80 per camera, per hour |
| Manned Video (instead of Fixed Video) | $100 per camera, per hour |
| Filmed Performance (in-studio) | $1000 per song, edited (no revisions on video; 2 revisions on audio) |
PRivate/Group Lessons
| Private Lesson (Instrumental) | $60 per hour |
| Private Lesson (Studio, Production, Engineering) | $80 per hour |
| Group Lesson (Studio, max 4 students) | $140 per hour |
STUDIO RENTAL AND LODGING
Have an engineer? Inquiring for a space on behalf of a band? Here’s our policy.
Engineers must be vetted by studio personnel, and for all bookings, a staff engineer must be booked as an assistant for the first day.
Guest Engineers
$600 per day (lockout), plus
$300 for the first day only (engineer fee)
See below for our lodging offerings. The point person at the time of booking (band member, engineer, management) is held liable to ensure the space is properly cleaned and all equipment stowed away after the session. Exceptionally messy guests will incur a $300 rush cleaning fee at our discretion.
Half of the total booking must be paid at the time of reservation; the entire sum of the booking must be paid prior to the start of the session.
Lodging
Our lodging provides three bedrooms (1 queen; 2 full bunk-beds), a full bathroom (shower only), and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, hot plate, water kettle, cookware, utensils and dishware). During warmer months, you are welcome to use the grill provided outside (please clean the grill when done).
Backline / equipment rental
Yes, we rent our gear for gigs! All gear must be returned in the condition in which it was rented out. Reach out to us and we can discuss.
